Bookkeeper with Xero Expertise
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end bookkeeping functions using Xero software.
- Run payroll operations, including Real Time Information (RTI) submissions and pension submissions.
- Process sales and purchase invoices promptly and accurately.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Liaise with clients to address queries and provide financial insights.
 
Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including RTI submissions and pension contributions.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work on more than one client at a time.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
