Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves overseeing and managing all financial and administrative tasks in our organization. As a Bookkeeper/Office Manager, you will be expected to handle tasks such as bank reconciliations, AIA billing, and managing Quickbooks Online. The role also entails notarial duties. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all financial tasks, including but not limited to, bank reconciliations. • Handle AIA billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Utilize Quickbooks Online for various accounting related tasks. • Perform notarial duties as per the requirements of the organization. • Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing administrative tasks. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all financial transactions. • Facilitate communication between various departments for financial matters. • Oversee financial reports and statements to ensure their accuracy and compliance. • Implement and streamline financial procedures and policies. • Manage and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly. Requirements • Possession of AIA Billing skills and experience • Demonstrated ability to perform Bank Reconciliations • Must hold a Notary Public certification • Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online is required • Experience in managing office operations and administrative tasks • Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions • Must have a strong work ethic and be reliable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
