Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field\nMinimum 2-3 years of solid bookkeeping experience\nStrong knowledge of payroll processing and financial transactions, budget tracking and reporting, cost accounting, and general ledger maintenance\nExceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking\nExcellent communication abilities\nAbility to maintain confidentiality\nProactive problem-solving \nAdaptability in fast-paced environments and time management\nAdditional certifications like Xero and Quickbooks are preferred\nCandidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:\nJournal entry management\n Bank reconciliation\n Accounts payable/receivable\n General ledger maintenance\n Financial record keeping\n Payroll processing\n Tax compliance basics\n Month-end closing procedures\nWhat to expect...\n
Schedule:\nMajority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.\nCompensation:\nRate starts at $5 per hour\nPayment is made via Deel\nEquipment:Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n
