Job Description
This Bookkeeper will be responsible for preparing financial statements prior to sending them to the company's CPA firm to be finalized. They will be overseeing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), recording journal entries, payroll reporting, and doing job costing.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements for review by CPA firm.Oversee accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).Record journal entries.Generate payroll reports.Perform job costing.Essential SkillsExperience in accounts payables (3+ years).Experience in accounts receivables (3+ years).Experience in financial statement preparation (3+ years).Experience in recording journal entries (3+ years).Ability to navigate within spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel.Proficiency with large-scale ERP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Timberline, Infor, or Workday.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAGE.Ability to create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.Experience in the construction industry.Work Environment
The position is onsite. You will work for a family-owned company with a close-knit culture. This role has the potential to become a direct placement for the right person.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $61.00/hr.
