Description We are offering a short-term part-time contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Cleveland, Ohio. This role will primarily revolve around transactional accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) • Regularly recording and tracking financial transactions • Ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies swiftly rectified • Completing month-end close procedures in a timely and accurate manner • Managing and maintaining investment accounts and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel • Updating and maintaining the Yardi system with accurate financial data • Conducting regular account reconciliations • Ensuring all bookkeeping tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines • Efficiently handling data entry tasks related to financial records • Using QuickBooks for various accounting tasks and processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation tasks • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management • Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processing • Expertise in executing Bank Reconciliations • Strong background in general Bookkeeping practices • Ability to perform accurate and efficient Data Entry tasks • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Experience managing Month End Close procedures • Proficiency in Payroll administration • Familiarity with QuickBooks software.
