Bookkeeper
Description A company in the hospitality industry is hiring a detail-oriented and skilled Bookkeeper to join their team! Key Responsibilities: + Maintain accurate financial records by processing accounts payable/receivable and reconciling daily transactions. + Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance. + Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and year-end closings. + Collaborate with the management team to review budgets, forecasts, and expense reports. + Handle payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings and compliance with regulations. + Monitor cash flow, resolve discrepancies, and perform account analyses. Requirements + Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. + Experience: 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. + Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software. + Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
