Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $22.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Pay dependent upon experienceProcess daily invoices with accuracy and efficiencyMaintain organized filing systems for invoices and other documentsProvide general administrative support to the Administrative Supervisor and teamAssist with other office tasks as assigned to ensure the team operates effectivelyBookkeeper Qualifications:
Prior bookkeeping experienceAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Previous experience with Quickbooks or similar programDetail-oriented and organizedApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
