Overview
Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence. Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts. Maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers. Prepare purchase orders and expense reports. Assistance with month end stock take. Maintain inventory records – Reconciliation of Finished goods, Raw Materials and WIP, working with Stores Department. Petty Cash Claims and reimbursements. Assistance with Annual Audit.Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems (Syspro). Computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office). 8 years’ experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.Benefits:
