Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Naples, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in bookkeeping practices and a strong ability to work with accounting software. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions. • Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain detailed financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. • Conduct account reconciliations to identify and correct errors in financial reporting. • Assist in the month-end close process by preparing reports and reconciling accounts. • Enter financial data into systems with precision and ensure data integrity. • Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve overall efficiency. • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all financial operations. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Ability to perform month-end close processes and generate accurate financial reports. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
