As a Bookings Administrator, you’ll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your ‘can do’ attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.
As a Bookings Administrator, you will:
Ensure complex administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
Manage, appraise, and interpret data, information and /or situations.
Handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
Prepare standard and adhoc reports as requested and required by the department.
As a Bookings Administrator, you will have:
Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
Knowledge and understanding of clinical terminology.
Demonstrable relevant experience working within a similar role.
Good IT and keyboard skills.
Good communication/interpersonal skills.
Good organisation and analytical skills.
