Our state-of-the-art Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, who provides an exemplary customer experience.

Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Ability to stay calm in stressful/emotional situations.Comfortable using computers.Excellent verbal, phone, written and email communication skills.Experience working with customer support.At least 18 years of age.Valid license in state of residence.

Est. Hourly Rate: $16.00-$18.00
