Job Summary:
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA ensures that our Adolescents and Family Residential Services Division Programs are using proper behavioral techniques based on ABA; they review behavior intervention plans and functional behavior assessments; they provide consultation to Clinical team members, and they train new and existing staff on concepts of ABA and behavioral interventions. The BCBA would also supervise any BCBA candidates we have so they can get supervision hours towards licensure.
Duties include:
Review and Development Functional Behavioral Assessments Documented observations of the youth in the home and community Review and Development of specific focused behavior management treatment plans and interventions Staff Training/individual and group supervision Staff observation and performance evaluation Collect and analyze data as needed Provide supervision to BCBA eligible candidatesRequirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field.Must have BCBA certification or BCBA eligible
Must have Driver’s License - as travel within Massachusetts will be requiredThose who are Bilingual (English + Spanish) or Bicultural are encouraged to apply.
