This position is in Goleta, CA.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, develops andimplements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services,and develops behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmentaldisabilities and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst actsas a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervisesbehavioral service delivery in a clinic, home, or other setting.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of ageExperience:
Aminimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behaviormodification intervention services is required.
Musthave strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience workingwith individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrumdisorders-2 years minimum
Significantexperience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA’s- 2years minimum
Trainingstaff preferred
Requiresexcellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills andmastery of Microsoft Office applications.
Validdriver’s license must be maintained.
