An BMS Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels\. **What will I be doing?** As BMS Technician, you will support the Engineering Team to ensure that engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance energy conservation, are working properly and to standard\. You are also responsible for the development of the Engineering Team and staying abreast of compliance regulations and procedures in the field of Engineering, as required for hotel standards\. Specifically, an Engineer will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: + Actively participate in BMS projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope + Install, program and troubleshoot BMS\-related hardware and software components based on predefined points lists, wiring diagrams and customer requirements + Commissioning and testing BMS software and devices, on\-site and remotely + Periodic Preventive maintenance troubleshooting of BMS installations + Design, assemble and test control panels, ensuring they are correctly wired, operational, and compliant with safety standards\. + Integrate BMS and REMS with IT infrastructure by configuring network settings and Industry standard communication protocols like BACnet/IP and Modbus TCP/IP\. + Keep your technical training knowledge and skills up to date\. **What are we looking for?** An Engineer/Technician serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members\.
