As a BMS/HVAC Engineer, in Ireland, you\nwill be responsible for maintaining the systems to help keep buildings and\nfacilities safe, secure, comfortable, and cost-efficient Servicing of critical\nbuilding systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC),\nbuilding automation and energy management and building relationships with\ncustomers to understand their needs. This is a field-based role covering\nclients in and around the region.

Key responsibilities

Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control SystemsCarry out commissioning of small automation and controls projectsUndertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on controls systemsContinually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordinglyDevelop and maintain the excellent customer relations already achieved on site

Key skills and qualifications

Experience withing a similar role such as Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical and Electrical engineeringAbility and willingness to learn about new systems and operational proceduresA good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessmentsAbility to troubleshoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works quickly and effectivelyGreat communications skills both written and verbal to be able to compile and complete reports
