**Job Title: Process Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming molding robot arms and work cell assembly stations, maintaining material systems, troubleshooting mold problems, coordinating mold set-up activities, and performing mold changes and setups. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in injection molding manufacturing and basic knowledge of hand/power tools. **Responsibilities** + Perform programming of molding robot arms and work cell assembly stations equipment. + Change-out/purge and maintain material and central material feed systems as needed. + Troubleshoot mold problems, develop root cause, and provide quick permanent corrective actions and/or complete minor repairs. + Coordinate mold set-up activities with production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiencies. + Assist in performing mold changes and setups as required within scheduled mold change timeframes utilizing process and cycle sheets. + Troubleshoot molding process issues such as flash, short-shots, sinks, and splay. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year of experience in injection molding manufacturing. + Basic knowledge of hand/power tools. + Minimum of 1 year of experience as a process technician. + Experience in installation, service, repair, mechanical, and industrial environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year(s) in a mold setup role. + 1+ year(s) of experience with diagrams, blueprints, schematics, gauges, and measuring instruments. + 1+ year(s) of experience troubleshooting mold problems, developing root cause, and providing quick permanent corrective actions. + General computer skills (typing, Microsoft 365, etc.). **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The company operates in a shared space but plans to obtain the full facility for operations.
