Job Title: BXCI COO/CAO Team Associate

Responsibilities:

Lead the coordination and preparation of internal communications (e.g. newsletters, town halls)Manage and track calendar of key dates and deliverables across all workstreamsAssist in management of budget/forecast & strategic planPreparing ad hoc analysis, presentations and project status reporting to senior management and stakeholdersAssist to development and implementation of a wide range of internal business management objectivesDeveloping and maintain a deep understanding of the overall BXCI and the underlying objectives of each teamPartnering with key team members to improve business & reporting processes, change management, and implement overall strategyManage distribution lists, headcount tracking/reporting and hiring onboardingAssist in floor planning / seat assignments across BXCI

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a quantitative discipline3+ years of experience in a financial, consulting or project management roleStrong academic recordStrong analytical and quantitative skills and detail-orientedAbility to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple projectsStrong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Essbase and Anaplan a plusHighly motivated and intelligent with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentPossesses a strong work ethic, professional integrity, a positive attitude and is highly organized with a passion for excellenceAbility to “see the bigger picture” and get to the heart of issues rapidlyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalA desire to work in an entrepreneurial environmentRelationship building skills with internal and external counterpartiesResults-oriented, with the ability to work effectively against competing deadlines

Expected annual base salary range:

$105,000 - $140,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
