Role Definition

Lead and support six sigma projects for the fulfillment of critical business factors.

What it will do:

Development and management of 6 sigma project portfolio (OIA / Evolution / Competitiveness)Lead six sigma projects to achieve strategic plant objectivesSupport with lean methodology and tools to 6 sigma project leaders

Educational Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related.English. Intermediate

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Problem Solving:

Advanced practical knowledge to identify the problem, working with the multidisciplinary team to find the root cause using Lean tools.

Process improvement:

Management of process mappings, identifying current state of opportunities in the different processes and working with DMAIC.

Project management:

Ability to plan, organize, monitor and control assigned projects.Knowledge of the different stages within the project and the deliverables needed in each of them.

Six Sigma Methodology:

Extensive knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies: DMAIC/DMEDI and assurance of the use of concepts in the development of each project

Interpersonal Relationships:

Management and coordination of work teams, ensuring that all members work effectively.
