Located in beautiful Black Hawk, CO, the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Bistro Mariposa Server to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.
Responsibilities Warmly greet guests, seat them, and promptly serve drinks.Take and enter beverage orders into the system quickly, and make informed recommendations about food and beverages.Provide exceptional service by checking on guests, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns or issues, escalating to management if needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing and setting tables efficiently.Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures, complete side work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to understand and convey information clearly.Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with food service regulations (preferred).Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and using hands continuously, with the ability to lift and push/pull weights up to 45 lbs.Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.Must be at least 18 years old.Benefits:
