Purpose       

This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way, supporting the mission of the Church. This is a physically demanding entry level position.  This position’s main purpose is to assist other operators on bindery equipment by feeding printed materials into machines or taking finished product off of machines. Will be boxing product, doing quality checks, running small machines as needed such as drill, shrink wrapper, etc.

Candidate needs to be self-motivated, work with minimal direction to maximize productive output and quality control.   Accountable for meeting production schedules and deadlines for each operation or process performed.   Occasionally need to work overtime and/or shift work to accomplish the work. Operators are expected to adhere to safety and quality standards, maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure efficient and productive operation of the equipment, meet or exceed production standards, adhere to schedules and customer specifications.
