The BIM-coordinator Architect will be responsible for: Coordinating and managing the BIM implementation process within the organization Assist in developing and maintaining BIM execution plans and standards Participate in project meetings, overseeing BIM design coordination and model development and integration being done by external consultants. Collaborating with project teams to ensure BIM models meet project requirements Providing training and guidance to project team members on BIM software and workflows Ensuring compliance with industry BIM standards and best practices Participating in the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows

Education Qualification:

Bachelor of Architecture or BE - Civil.

 

Experience:

Minimum 11-13 years of experience in the mixed-use commercial Real Estate industry. Working on hotel or hospitality-based projects will be an advantage Proven experience in Building Information Modeling and digital construction Expertise in BIM Design Coordination
