Award-winning design firm is currently seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their team. This role entails leading strategic initiatives and implementing design technology across the firm, mentoring teams, and presenting technology strategies to senior leadership. Responsibilities include resolving project-related issues, developing firm-wide training and standards, and reviewing technology aspects of RFPs and contracts. The role also involves staying updated on design methodologies, providing technology guidance in project meetings, overseeing design technology support, and representing the firm at industry events.

Requirements:
  5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Preferred LEED accreditation. Expertise in REVIT, Rhino, and other design software. Proficiency in BIM360 and Autodesk Cloud applications. Familiarity with Ideate Software add-ons and Dynamo scripting. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. Knowledge of visualization, computation, analysis, and data management tools is advantageous. Strong prioritization, teamwork, and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot software issues and guide others in software usage effectively.
