A world-renowned practice known for pushing the boundaries of BIM technology and high tech design, are looking for talented and passionate BIM coordinators and technicians with large-scale project experience across multiple sectors to  support architectural project teams in the use of BIM tools and workflows, to join their London office.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the BIM delivery of large, high-profile projects. Providing BIM support and guidance for the architecture and design teams. Developing project-specific workflows and strategies. Set up project model Manage the setup of other project models Production of 3D model elements Production of model outputs Production of COBie deliverables  Manage COBie information and deliverables

Skills and Experience

A background working at a leading design practice in a BIM coordination role. Experience of developing BIM workflows and implementing BIM strategies. Advanced knowledge of Revit gained from working on live projects. Experience of delivering projects to UK & international BIM standards. Advanced understanding of volume strategies, clash avoidance strategies, issue management and MEP & structural Coordination, management is highly beneficial.
