Billing System Setup Coordinator - TEMP

Utilize reporting to identify subsidy child setup issues resulting in a loss of revenue.  Correct setup and partner with field operations to further maximize third party revenue collected.

 

This is a temporary assignment with the expected duration of 6 months. 

 

Essential Functions:

Set up and maintain child schedules with applicable discounts within the point of sale for accurate billing. Assist with recording revenue for additional attendance for children with the applied discounts. Coordinate information gathering and execute set up of mass child schedule updates/changes across multiple locations Partner with field leadership to accommodate off cycle schedule changes and applying discounts.. Work closely with field leadership to communicate schedule changes and assist with account questions related to applied discounts. Partner with point of sale and subsidy support teams to ensure proper processes are followed and communicate any issues that arise.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Billing, Bookkeeping, or AR position.

 

Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers. Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal. Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.

 

Compensation and Benefits: 

Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.   $24-26/hr
