WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Billing Supervisor** for our **Ephrata, Pennsylvania** office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Supervise, train and manage performance of direct report staff, with support from Billing Manager.
+ Coordinates with Project Accountants to determine biller assignment for new client contracts.
+ Oversee and balance assigned biller workloads, overall regional activities, ensuring adherence to corporate accounting schedules and deadlines
+ Identify potential training needs for staff. Develop, conduct and/or coordinate training
+ Escalate issues to Billing manager as appropriate.
+ Identify potential client billings that may be within automated invoice abilities and assist in development and implementation.
+ Develop billing templates and document requirements for largest and most complex contracts and reviews templates delegated to other staff.
+ Produce and maintain invoice billing requirements for complex contract(s).
+ Other duties as assigned, commensurate with needs and capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
+ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in related field and education that includes supervisory experience with the ability to lead and develop staff).
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and advanced Excel skills
+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications
+ Sound understanding of accounting principles, project accounting and invoicing
+ Previous experience with accounting software (Oracle preferred)
