• Billing Specialist is a part of the AR department in Brno. The key role of the Billing specialist is to perform the tasks for EMEA and NALA regions. Sending invoices to clients, issue service invoices and credit memos for the customers according to approved requests.
• Reporting as required for month end
• Works under the supervision of the Cashapp & Billing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Issues credit and debit notes
• Ensures data are entered correctly
• Works with Oracle and Onbase database
• Checking and releasing data associated with manual transactions
• Deals with standard and non-standard manual billing requests
• Entering invoices, to the customer’s portal
• Sharing ideas for automating manual processes and cooperating with IT implementation
• Cooperate closely with Collection team
• Preparing account statements for customers
• Preparing monthly billing reports
• Contributes to projects and testing events
• Ensures that monthly goals and deadlines are met
• Running Month End Transactions Reports
• Cross cover with the cash application team during absences
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
• Secondary School Leaving Examination
Minimum Work Experience (years):
• 1 year of professional work experience

• Proficiency in English
