Responsibilities:

Audit and invoice for transportation and accessorial servicesIssue and send invoices to customersUnderstand and interpret client and agent contracts and rate schedules as neededAnalyze, distribute and process revenueResearch and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and clientUpload customer invoices into web portal or databaseCommunicate with operations and accounting staff regarding billing issuesCreate and update spreadsheets for customer billings a

Requirements:

2 to 3 years experience in billing / accountingAbility to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workdayAbility to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize workStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and follow throughStrong Word and Excel skillsAbility to work under deadlines and specific time framesAbility to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customersAbility to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
