How you'll make an impact Introduction Are you passionate about client services in an industry that offers stability and growth? We have an exciting opportunity in our Lakewood Ranch Team! Our Account Managers provide support to management, the entire account management and customer service teams. No sales involved! This is an in office position which is located at 8430 Enterprise Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202 What will I be doing? Working Monday to Friday – no weekends! You'd have an 8 hour shift between 8am-6pm. No evening work is required though overtime may be available. You’ll be responsible for account management duties which focus on billing. Responsibilities include regularly performed tasks with due dates as well as ongoing projects. You will also be answering emails from our customers when they have questions issues around their insurance policy billing. Minimal time requirement on the phone answering insured inquiries (approx. 10 hrs per/week). This isn’t your typical service position, as you might need to investigate issues and research problems to make sure our questions – both internal and external - are answered correctly and meet a successful and accurate resolution. This of course may mean you need to follow up once you have all the information you need. In every interaction you’ll demonstrate outstanding listening skills while providing excellent client service. You’ll be patient, show empathy which will further promote our reputation of integrity. Job Duties & Expectations: Respond to insured inquiries and problems by providing accurate and timely information or directing requests to the appropriate individuals or departments. Maintain a professional demeanor and work effectively in a team environment. Utilize tact and judgment when handling sensitive collection cases, ensuring a respectful and empathetic approach. Demonstrate strong investigative and problem-solving skills to effectively handle the necessary processes on past due accounts. Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisor or management. Show empathy towards insured persons, understanding their concerns and providing appropriate support. Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information. Resolve conflicts and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate and work well as a team member, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks and documentation. About You As a minimum requirement, you’ll need: High school diploma Minimum of 1 year of client service experience It would be nice if you also had: It would be great if you had a 4-40 insurance license, but don’t worry if you don’t have one, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to earn your license, and do a fantastic job.
