Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

The Billing Administrator (“BA”) provides exceptional internal and external client service, working directly with clients and with partners, practice staff and partner assistants to provide key financial management tasks critical to the firm’s financial performance. BAs are responsible for managing their partners’ financial management activities including invoice preparation, WIP and accounts receivable management, and reporting.

Strong written and oral communication skills 

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

Strong technical skills in Excel and Word

Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes including a numerical aptitude 

Strong knowledge of internal systems such as Google Mail, Google Hangouts, other Google applications and the firm’s proprietary accounting software (iPower)

Experience

Experience in accounting and/or relevant financial management 

Experience working in a professional services firm is an asset

Client service experience is an asset

Experience supporting senior level staff

Understand the importance of have a correct information management

Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
