Key Responsibilities: + Receive and process invoices from technicians + Scan invoices, verify information (JO# and timecards), and prepare invoices in the system. + Write clear and concise comments summarizing the work performed. + Add consumables and ensure invoices are properly categorized. + Handle high-volume billing accurately and efficiently. + Work within Great Plains and Excel. + Answer calls and provide assistance to field employees as needed.
