Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in CHESAPEAKE, Virginia, United States. This role is within the retail industry where you'll have the opportunity to handle billing information, manage inquiries, and perform bank reconciliations for various stores. Responsibilities: • Accurately enter customer billing information • Manage and respond to billing inquiries via a dedicated inbox • Handle bank reconciliations for multiple stores effectively • Scan and organize invoices into their respective profiles • Monitor and manage customer accounts • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook for data entry and communication purposes. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in handling billing processes is required. • Must possess strong data entry skills. • Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential. • Experience in using Microsoft Outlook is necessary. • A background in the retail industry is preferred.
