Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role will involve working with Accounting Software Systems and playing a key role in the data entry and accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities: • Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems • Maintaining and updating customer credit records regularly • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Monitoring the status of customer accounts and taking necessary actions • Performing data entry tasks to keep the accounting functions up to date • Scanning and filing important documents as part of record-keeping • Handling accounts receivable and ensuring the accuracy of transactions • Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service • Generating reports as needed and conducting audits to ensure data accuracy • Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Ability to perform Computerized Billing • Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions • Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) • Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls • Proficient in Data Entry tasks • Experience in Scanning documents • Ability to conduct Audit tasks • Excellent Customer Service skills • Capable of generating reports • Proficiency in Filing documents • Typing speed of 45 - 60 WPM • Proficiency in Microsoft Word • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
