Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Industry, California. The role revolves around financial and administrative tasks, predominantly in the billing sector. You will be working closely with sales and accounts departments, and be actively involved in customer relations. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries related to invoices. • Generate and dispatch invoices to customers on a regular basis. • Collaborate with sales and accounts departments to streamline billing activities. • Issue monthly statements to customers. • Administer credit memos accordingly. • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions. • Contribute to team discussions, offering insights, proposing solutions, and taking actions on billing-related matters. • Review discrepancies in accounts and rectify billing issues promptly. • Compile and update reports on billing activities. • Collaborate with collections team to ensure payments are made on time. • Adhere to internal policies and legal regulations in all billing operations.
