Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Billing Analyst in San Antonio, Texas. The industry we operate in requires high attention to detail and analytical skills, with a special emphasis on complex billing processes. As a Billing Analyst, you will contribute significantly to our team by managing invoice requests, interpreting complex contracts and budgets, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing. Responsibilities: • Interpret complex contracts and budgets to ensure accurate billing and invoicing. • Handle and process invoice requests effectively to manage workload. • Conduct comprehensive reconciliation of financial data to maintain consistency between billing and accounting records. • Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel to create formulas for organizing data and enhancing billing functions. • Work with the company's ERP system for all billing and invoicing needs. Prior experience with Great Plains will be beneficial. • Apply your strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage high-priority tasks within strict timelines. • Collaborate with internal departments for clarifications on billing and contracts. • Use your strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks. • Apply your experience with Accounting Software Systems, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Auditing, and Billing Functions to streamline clients' processes. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Billing Analyst. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is essential. • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary. • Proven experience in Auditing is a must. • Familiarity with Billing Functions is essential. • Proficiency in using Great Plains Accounting is required. • Advanced knowledge of Excel is necessary. • Experience in Account Reconciliation is a must. • Understanding of Budget Processes is needed. • Familiarity with Contracts is essential.
