Job Title: Billing Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing and distributing invoices, processing new contracts and sales, and collaborating with other departments to ensure billing accuracy. This role also involves addressing customer complaints and questions, keeping track of accounts receivable and transactions, assisting with customer account reconciliations, preparing and presenting analytical reports, and supporting monthly and quarterly audits.

This role is based in a corporate office, requiring attendance 5 days a week. Work hours are flexible, with start times ranging from 7 am to 8:30 am, and a 40-hour work week. Employees can choose between a half-hour or hour lunch break. There is an option to work 9-hour days Monday through Thursday and leave at noon on Fridays. The organization promotes a positive work culture, including monthly employee outings such as barbecues or Cardinals games. While there are lateral growth opportunities and potential for Senior Analyst promotions, there are currently no manager openings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
