Summary:
Provides accounting knowledge to enter transactions, generate reports, gather financial information, and perform analysis based on specific tasks. Perform a variety of regular and recurring Sunoco LP revenue and accounting functions, including but not limited to:
Analyzes all billing procedures Ensures that all billing calculations are correct before sending invoices to customers. Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments as well as external customers. Research and respond to billing inquires within established turnaround times.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serves customers by maintaining our philosophy of going above and beyond, supported by a value proposition that every situation will be handled in a timely manner. Analyze and complete all non-billed request within the accounting system. Complete credit and rebills in a timely manner. Maintain non-inventory billings. Assist the other departments as needed.· Other various duties as assigned.
· Ensure compliance with SOX controls.
Required Skills Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree and 0-2 years of related experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially with Word, Excel, and Outlook).
· Strong communication, critical thinking and data analysis skills required.
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, work independently and within a team environment.
· Must be flexible, adaptable and have a high level of initiative.
Preferred Qualifications
· Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and SAP experience is preferred.
