Volt is immediately hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor for a local leading Logistics Company in Otay Mesa

As a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tWarehouse Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.\r\n\tManaging staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods.\r\n\tImplement operational policies and procedures.\r\n\tEnsure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.\r\n\tMaintain documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.\r\n\tLead and develop a team of warehouse staff.\r\n\tManage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.\r\n\tLiaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.\r\n\tPlan work, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.\r\n\tRecruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees.\r\n\tProduce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).\r\n\tEnsure health, safety standards, and compliance.\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMust be fluent in Spanish, able to speak, read, and write\r\n\tProven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.\r\n\tHighly effective supervisory skills and techniques.\r\n\tKnowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.\r\n\tAbility to input, retrieve, and analyze data.\r\n\tHands-on commitment to getting the job done\r\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\r\n\tProven ability to direct and coordinate operations\r\n\r\n\r\n

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOvernight Shift 1:45AM to 7AM\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $22 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
