Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall warehouse operations, coordination, and management of multiple warehouses in New Jersey; identify and address operational issues in warehouse operations and propose solutions;Establish management standards and process systems for warehouse operations, responsible for overall operational results such as capacity, cost, timeliness, and operational quality, identify opportunities through data monitoring and analysis, assist and promote optimization of third-party warehouse operations, improve operational results, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement;Drive the integration of third-party warehouse service providers in the United States with our company's systems, and be able to propose systematic improvement suggestions for current warehouse operation-related systems (OMS/WMS/timeliness control tower, etc.), and promote system optimization and upgrade;Communicate, coordinate, and negotiate with third-party warehouse service providers in the United States on daily operational results, conduct KPI evaluations and rankings of service providers, and provide follow-up cooperation suggestions.
