Volt is immediately hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Floor Lead for a local leading Logistics Company in Otay Mesa

As a Bilingual Warehouse Floor Lead you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tResponsible for coordinating the daily warehousing activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse\r\n\tOversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods\r\n\tImplement and enforce safety and health guidelines in the warehouse\r\n\tManage inventory control processes and maintain accurate stock levels\r\n\tTrain and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices\r\n\tSchedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet operational requirements\r\n\tPrepare and review warehouse reports on performance metrics\r\n\tOversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full-time opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tFluent in Spanish, able to speak, read, and write\r\n\tProven experience as a Warehouse Lead or similar supervisory role.\r\n\tProficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office.\r\n\tStrong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.\r\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\r\n\tKnowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.\r\n\tAbility to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOvernight Shift 1:45AM to 7AM\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $17-18.50 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
