GuatemalaThis position is responsible for filling store vacancies and will partner with HR managers, District and Store Managers to gather requirements and follow through with the selection process to hire the best possible candidates.
What you will be doing:
Consult with hiring managers about specific requirements for the location
Post vacancies in different recruiting sources
Proactively seek new sources for recruitment
Promote our employee value proposition with candidates
Screen candidates through phone or video calls
Provide follow up to candidates throughout the whole selection process
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Complete the hiring process for chosen candidates
What we are looking:
Psychology or Human Resources related undergraduate studies
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced job market
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English. Fluency in English is an absolute must
