We are looking for a candidate who loves admin work and knows how to recruit Independent Contractors. + Recruits sufficient Independent Contractors to service City Wide’s janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts. + Assists in IC recruiting activities – online postings, e-mail advertising, direct mail advertising, and social media activities to ensure a consistent flow of new Independent Contractors candidates. + Conducts the initial vetting/screening of all prospective Independent Contractors – in office, at career fairs or remote locations. + Participates in the Contractor Committee, by scheduling events, following up on tasks and communication of actions to the operations team. + Assists in the coordination monthly Independent Contractor pay day events with the Operations team.Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. + Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. + Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc. + Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. + Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. + Provides information by answering questions and requests. + Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. + Other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements + Bilingual Required (English/Spanish) + High School Diploma + Prior office administrative experience and/or recruiting, or similar experience, highly desired + A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Working knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM) and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus + Proficient with using social media to promote/recruit + High school diploma required Benefits + Health insurance (75% covered by City Wide) + IRA - 100% match up to 3% of your salary, vested on Day 1 + $25,000 Life insurance (with additional coverage available) + Paid time off + Dental insurance + Vision insurance + Disability insurance + Paid training + Flexible spending account + Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month + Flexible spending account Compensation: + Hourly wage of $20/hour + Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month Safety Sensitive: + This position is Safety Sensitive. + If you are selected for this position, you will need to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
