We're looking for several Bilingual Outpatient Therapists to join our growing team!  JOIN US AND MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF CHILDREN, ADULTS, OR FAMILIES!  Check out our new rates! Earn what you're worth, doing what you love!  Compensation:   Fee for Service: $45/hour for MA Level $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience $65-$70/hour for independent license Salary:  Full Time   $64,000 - $72,000       Premiums paid for: Non-English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties       Qualifications:  Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required  Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
