Compensation (Pay): $18.50 to $26.83/hourly, based on experience.

Job Summary: The Executive Office Receptionist is the first line of customer service for the Administrative Office patrons. The Executive Office Receptionist is expected to approach their work proactively, have a willingness to work independently and on teams, and must be able to operate well under pressure. Due to the executive level administrative and clerical functions associated with this job, a thorough understanding of word processing, spreadsheet manipulation, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills are all essential functions of this role. Additionally, it is understood that the Executive Office Receptionist is expected to maintain the confidentiality of all information, physical and electronic documentation, conversations, etc. obtained or observed in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position handles a wide range of high-level administrative and clerical executive support related tasks, including, but not limited to:
The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding organizational, personnel, and executive activities. Welcomes visitors and provides excellent customer service by maintaining coverage and presence at the front desk. Maintain and manage the Conference Room Calendars. Provide meeting support by assisting with set-up, clean-up, and displays of presentations as requested. Coordinated the delivery of refreshments for Board, Staff, and Leadership meetings. Prioritizes conflicting needs and tasks proactively, expeditiously, to ensure follow through on projects until successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Coordinates, monitors, and communicates appropriately regarding all assigned tasks and projects. Demonstrates professional, clear, and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. Manage communication with the executive team and department heads while maintaining a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality to organizational priorities. Interacts with staff in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. Provides other support and assistance when needed to increase office efficiency and productivity. Consistently relay information and messages promptly to ensure an open channel of communication between the executive team and direct reports. Effectively communicate with the executive team leadership and outside agencies. Promotes and demonstrates the mission, vision, and Core Values of Peak Vista. Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, the management team, medical staff, and leadership. Embraces cultural diversity amongst ourselves and our community. Responsible for the human, financial, and material resources as well as data and information entrusted to us. Strives to deliver the best outcomes and highest quality service. Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience required, preferably in a front office healthcare setting. Bilingual required.
Computer Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
