Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service role for a 6 month contract located across Canada.  Please note this position is currently a work from home position.

As a Bilingual Customer Service role your duties will include but not be limited to: 

Attend incoming customer calls regarding mortgages, RRSPs and general issues Provide customer support to all inquiries  Respond to calls related to banking issues, and complaints

Qualifications required for the Bilingual Customer Service role include:  

1+ years of previous customer service experience Bilingual: French is preferred Team player and positive attitude Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
