**Job Title: Custodian Supervisor** + **Schedule 3pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday** **Job Description** + The Facility Supervisor will oversee a custodial team and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of buildings. This is a working position that involves performing custodial duties alongside staff. The role requires strong communication skills to lead a team, implement process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and manage a custodial team to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of buildings. + Perform custodial tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and trash removal. + Operate cleaning equipment and ensure proper maintenance. + Report maintenance and repair needs requiring specialized skills. + Provide coverage for other buildings during staff absences. + Attend staff meetings as needed. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in custodial operations and supervision. + Exceptional communication and leadership skills. + Ability to work well with others and adapt to diverse environments. + Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. + Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment and performing custodial tasks. + Ability to clean and lift up to 40 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lead a team and implement process improvements. + Proficiency in reporting maintenance and repair needs. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.63/hr.
