As a Bilingual Contract Specialist (Intern) you will be responsible for:

Producing quotations and proposals in French and EnglishProcessing PO handoverCoordinating the entire RFx and contract lifecycle process from initial intake to final submission and contract award and ensure deadlines are metReviewing customer proposed terms and conditions, risk identification and act as a liaison between internal and external clients ensuring timely reviewMaintaining contractual documentation and manage changes in the contract databaseWorking and collaborating with cross functional teams, sales, marketing, finance and legalEnsuring policies and procedures and signature guidelines on agreements are adhered toParticipating and implementing process and system improvement initiativesAssisting with day to day administrative tasks as required

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

Fluent French and English oral and written Contract management experience is an asset University or college degree with relevant experience Experience in the Healthcare Industry is an asset RFx project management experience is an asset Strong drafting, analysis and negotiation skills Excellent oral and written communications skills (French/English) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Working knowledge of SharePoint
