Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative

$17.00 plus a 5% - 10% shift differential

\n

Full time schedules between the hours of 8am-7pm Mon-Sun. (Nights and Weekends are required)

 About the Inbound Bilingual Benefits Call Center Representative Role – Remote role:

\n

As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from:

\n\n Healthcare Benefits\n Retirement Benefits\n Additional Employee Perks\n\n

You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.

\n

Position will be Remote

\n

To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to ensure call resolution in a timely manner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, maintain the highest standards of quality, guarantee customer satisfaction on every call, have natural empathy, determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution, and perform other duties as assigned.

\n

\n\n Have previous customer service and/or call center experience.\n Are a problem solver who can patiently listen to, understand, and address complex customer issues.\n Have strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer\n Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease\n Have experience working with healthcare and employee benefits.\n Have extensive experience with typing and keyboarding.\n Can work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers\n Have the ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program (6-8 weeks)\n\n

To meet our requirements, you should:

\n\n Be fluent in Spanish (read/write) (Required)\n Be at least 18 years or older\n Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent\n Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check\n Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)  \n Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router  \n Live in one of the following states AL, AR, AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY \n\n

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,200.00- $39,000.00.
