Bilingual, English/Spanish, Customer Service Representative
Description We are in search of a Bilingual, English/Spanish, Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team operating in the motor vehicle industry, located in Houston, Texas. The role involves clerical work and customer interaction regarding accident details, liaising with insurance agencies, and handling related inquiries. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers to gather information about accidents, including details of the incident and parties involved • Interact with customers in both English and Spanish, providing top-notch customer service • Contact insurance companies such as Geico to update established claims • Engage in regular communication with attorneys as needed • Ensure all customer details and interactions are recorded accurately and efficiently • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary • Process customer applications related to motor vehicle incidents • Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and customer accounts simultaneously Requirements • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish languages • Proven experience in a customer service role • Excellent communication skills in both languages • Ability to translate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints • Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in using computer systems and software • Must have a customer-oriented approach • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus • Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours when needed • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
