The Role:
Lead and manage the bid governance process to deliver client-focused solutions that set BGIS apart from competitors. Drive business growth in the ITS market by enhancing bid management capabilities, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with OHS&E policies.
This role is based in Sydney, NSW
Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the role will include:
Assist with the pricing of potential contracts as a subject matter expert in Trade Services Support the development and enhancement of BGIS current bid management process, creating pricing models and preparation of 'schedules of rates'. Work with Business Director's as required, ensuring a positive and robust communication process related to all aspects of allocated major bids. Oversee and manage the pricing for current contracts, ensuring we remain competitive, evaluating the pricing of potential contract extensions. Manage positive stakeholder relationships with all support consultants, contractors, suppliers and clients in relation to all aspects of leads/bids/tenders/negotiated opportunities.Skills and Experience
Strong demonstrated experience in a Trade services organisation or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry. Trades background Lifecycle management and the whole of life costings on major PPP/PFI projects. Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high- level financial knowledge and skills. Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities. Proficient in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder – Skilled at building rapport and fostering valuable connections both internally and externally. Able to develop relationships with key decision-makers to create new opportunities for BGIS.About BGIS
