Role Overview:

As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the submission of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and producing high-quality responses. You will oversee the entire bid process, ensuring that all documentation and site materials are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage the submission of PQQs and tenders, ensuring quality responses.

Coordinate bid documentation and materials for site visits and interviews.

Manage the end-to-end bid process, including formal presentation preparation.

Ensure proposals adhere to corporate branding guidelines while advising on flow, language, and grammar.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a bid or project environment.

Strong IT skills, particularly in InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, and Microsoft Project.

Excellent understanding of Government legislation and policy.

Ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field such as marketing.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key clients.
